Tomato Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 3 eggs, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp sugar.
Method:
Beat eggs with salt. Scramble and set aside.
Chop tomatoes and sauté until juicy. Add eggs and mix well. Finish with sugar.
Steamed Sea Bass
Ingredients: 1 sea bass, ginger slices, scallion slices, 2 tbsp steamed fish soy sauce.
Metho
Score fish, steam with ginger for 8 minutes. Discard fish water.
Pour soy sauce over fish, top with scallions, and drizzle hot oil.
Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients: 1 bowl day-old rice, 2 eggs, 1 diced sausage, scallions.
Method:
Scramble eggs and set aside. Fry sausage until crispy.
Add rice and break up clumps. Mix in eggs, season with salt, and garnish with scallions.
